On July 27, commissioned by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Lianyungang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology organized a new product appraisal meeting for the "Intelligent Marine Loading Arm" at COSCO(Lianyungang)Liquid Loading & Unloading Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of COSCO Shipping Qingdao Co., Ltd. The product was identified as an internationally leading new product at the meeting, further establishing COSCO Shipping Qingdao's leadership position in the fluid equipment manufacturing industry.
Since its inception in 2016, the "Intelligent Marine Loading Arm" has won multiple honors for its efficient control system and intelligent, precise ship flange docking function. This new product appraisal establishes the company's leading advantage in the development of the industry's first set of "Intelligent Marine Loading Arm".
Experts attending the meeting observed the intelligent docking test of the Intelligent Marine Loading Arm, simulating the intelligent docking scenario of the loading arm at the dock. The test began with the Intelligent Marine Loading Arm starting up and the quick connector swiftly gripping and seamlessly connecting, successfully docking in one attempt. The appraisal committee conducted a discussion, had in-depth exchanges with product developers, and ultimately formed and announced the appraisal opinion that the Intelligent Marine Loading Arm is an internationally leading new product.
