On July 6th, the world's first "Intelligent Marine Loading Arm" with a "one-click" intelligent docking function, independently developed and manufactured by Lianyungang Ocean Fluid Equipment Loading and Unloading Co., Ltd., successfully completed its first ship unloading operation at the Second Loading and Unloading Area of Basuo Port in Hainan, marking the company's entry into the world's leading position in the field of fluid loading and unloading equipment manufacturing.
At 9:00 AM, with a command, the ceremony for the first ship operation of the world's first Intelligent Marine Loading Arm officially began. With thirty years of experience in the field of fluid loading and unloading equipment, the company has already achieved breakthroughs in the development of the first domestic LNG onshore fluid loading and unloading arm, 16-inch large-diameter LNG ship loading and unloading arm, and 20-inch large-diameter ship loading and unloading arm, all of which have been successfully localized. Now, in line with the trend of smart port construction, the company has taken the lead in developing the intelligent "Chinese Loading Arm," recognized as internationally leading Loading Arm. breaking through the key technological barrier of intelligent docking for fluid loading and unloading arms and leading the industry's innovation and upgrade.
This project is the world's first application of "Intelligent Marine Loading Arm," filling the industry gap in intelligent manufacturing of loading and unloading arms. Unlike traditional arms that rely on manual control, the "Intelligent Marine Loading Arm" developed by the company truly achieves intelligent automatic docking and unmanned operation at the port.
Real smart loading and unloading. The company has independently developed a smart loading and unloading system for liquid chemical terminals, using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and deep learning to establish a real-time 3D control model, truly achieving remote operation of the loading and unloading arm and one-click intelligent docking and release.
Accurate identification and docking. The product is equipped with cutting-edge technologies such as visual recognition, Beidou satellite, and 5G positioning, which can achieve precise identification of the unloading arm quick connector and the flange on the transport ship, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and "one-time" successful docking.
Efficient unmanned operation. Conventional loading and unloading arms require a series of operations such as manually unlocking the locking mechanism, confirming internal pressure, ship-to-ship docking, and flange locking, which takes at least half an hour. The Intelligent Marine Loading Arm does not require manual intervention and can be one-click activated for intelligent docking and automatic retrieval within 5 minutes, eliminating the need for on-board operations.
Reliable equipment control. The product can remotely monitor the status and handle faults, enabling remote technical support, online maintenance management, and equipment operation data query, greatly eliminating the safety hazards caused by the docking of tankers at the port.
