The unmanned loading and unloading system is a safe, stable, and accurate control system designed for loading and unloading operations of chemical fluid media such as LNG, methanol, sulfuric acid, and LPG. It integrates the quantitative loading control instrument, low-temperature loading and unloading device, call system, license plate recognition system, WeChat reservation system, and one-card system to achieve functions such as billing, storage, loading, delivery, accounting, and reporting. The system combines data and business flows, monitors the entire loading process in real-time, achieves unmanned operation, greatly shortens the loading and unloading time, reduces labor, and realizes safe on-site management.
Functions of the unmanned loading and unloading system:
Batch control function: Using the specialized quantitative loading control instrument for loading and unloading, it enables one-click loading and unloading.
On-site monitoring function: The quantitative control instrument can collect real-time information from on-site instruments and transmit the data to the upper computer system. The upper computer system simulates the on-site process, monitors the operation information of valves, flow meters, low-temperature pumps, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, emergency stops, and static electricity devices in real-time. The system analyzes and manages the data, and sends timely alerts in case of faults, and can remotely stop the loading and unloading operations on-site.
License plate recognition function: The system can read license plate information, record, and save it using a specialized control component.
Call system function: The system integrates a call system for better and faster vehicle information management and loading queue management.
One-card function: The system can read ID card or ID information for unified management of personnel and vehicles.
Display function: The system includes multiple display screens such as multi-arm display, single arm display, vehicle weighing display, process flow display, alarm record display, and software-assisted display.
Operation protection function: The system has a 3-level authority management system, and operators can only operate within the set authorization range. The system alerts for wrong operations, and protects important operating parameters with passwords to prevent misuse.
Ticket printing function: The system formulates the format and content of the outbound management ticket according to customer needs. The system reports are output in various forms to meet customer needs to the greatest extent.
Network management function: The loading and unloading system uses standard RS485/MODBUS or TCP/IP communication protocols to connect with DCS and other systems. It can send loading flow, temperature, pressure, valve position, and static electricity status data to DCS in real-time to achieve resource sharing and meet factory management requirements.
